What is Veridox?

How much does Veridox cost?
One flat price for your whole company, set by team size and storage, never per seat. Every feature is on every plan. Plans are billed for a 6, 12 or 24-month term (prices are quoted per month; there is no monthly plan). Starter covers up to 15 people from $33 a month on a 24-month term, Growth up to 50 people, Business up to 150 people, and larger companies get a quote. Nigerian companies are billed in naira. Is there a free trial?
Yes. Companies with up to 5 people get every feature free for 3 months, with no card required. When the 3 months end there is a 7-day grace period, then the workspace locks until you choose a paid plan. Your data is kept and carries straight over.
Does Veridox handle payroll for my country?
Payroll is configurable for any country: statutory deductions, reliefs and tax bands are fully editable, with ready-made starting presets for 21 countries including Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya and South Africa. A company can run separate payrolls per country. A preset calculates pay; it does not file returns or send payments for you.
What languages does Veridox support?
The product is available in six languages: English, French, Nigerian Pidgin, Swahili, Chinese and Amharic. Separately, individual chat messages can be translated in the app for mixed-language teams.
Is my company's data safe?
Every company's data is isolated by row-level security enforced in the database itself, so one workspace can never read another's. Access is role-based, changes are recorded in an audit trail, and our security practices are published on the Trust & security page. We follow GDPR and NDPA principles in how data is handled; we do not hold a third-party certification.
Does the AI read my team's emails?
The AI email-safety feature is optional and only applies to mailboxes an owner chooses to connect. It stores message headers and attachment details, not message contents, and looks for risk patterns such as files leaving after hours. Analysis runs through a third-party AI model provider under our data processing terms, and the feature is visible to the people it covers.
Can my team use Veridox on their phones?
Yes. Veridox is an installable app that works on Android, iPhone, Windows and Mac - add it from your browser and it runs like a native app, including alerts for approvals, tasks and messages. Employees can clock in, request leave, file timesheets and chat from any device.
How do I get set up?
Create your workspace, invite your team by email so each person gets the right portal for their role, then do one useful thing: run attendance for the day, approve a leave request, or prepare a sample pay run. Setup guides are in the Help Center; no IT team is needed.
